Ingredients:
2 c milk
4 tbsp chocolate instant breakfast mix (or Protein Powder)
2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 bananas, sliced
4 cubes ice
Preparation:
In a blender, combine milk, instant breakfast mix,
peanut butter, bananas and ice. Blend until smooth,
about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
