What do I do if we have no camp?

 

Cardio! Cardio! Cardio!

 

We have Interval Training Sheets on the Tuff Stuff page or you can do your own thing! Just do something, getting in that daily activity is not only healthy for us but helps relieve stress & calm us down!

 

Get in there & hit the treadmill, elliptical, or get your cardio in somehow! Be sure to warm up for 5-10 mins & cool down the same. Do a maximum of 50 mins of cardio on our off days, no more! Keep it intense & have fun!
